Our goods are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices displayed on McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery website are subject to change without further notice.
Pricing includes delivery to the Adelaide metro area only. For any deliveries outside the Adelaide metro area will be quoted and invoiced separately.
SHOPPING CART
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery accept orders through the PayPal payment system.
Direct bank deposit payments can be processed with McConnell’s Furnishings and Upholstery via phone, not via the online shopping cart.
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery information and or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).

DELIVERY
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery offers free delivery to Metropolitan Adelaide. Any deliveries outside the Metropolitan Adelaide zone will incur additional fees. Please contact us for a free quote at hello@mcconnells.com.au.
Depending on the size of the order, upon receipt of your payment and or unless otherwise stated, standard delivery time within Australia is 5 -10 business days for capital cities and up to 14 days for regional areas.
Delivery dates may not be guaranteed and if our lead times are longer than estimated due to high demand or unforeseeable delays we will advise you by email.
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholsteryreserves the right to charge for all excess shipping costs if the address supplied through Paypal and or email is incorrect.
McConnell’s Furnishings and Upholstery will not be liable if for any damage caused by third parties.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery will make every effort to supply you with the product you have requested. If McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery cannot supply you with the product requested or an alternative product then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
Please take care when ordering. All sale items will not be refunded, credited or exchanged under any circumstances.
All other returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis; however we do not accept returns for change of heart or unforeseeable delays.
ONLINE GOODS
McConnell’s Furnishings & Upholstery make every effort to ensure that colours are displayed as close as possible to the real thing. However colours will read differently from computer to computer and we can’t guarantee the colour variations on your screen.
Fabric and samples can be viewed in person in our showroom if required.
